The Wind in the Willows – a dramatisation on 2 CDs (Copy)

A dramatisation of this delightful tale of Kenneth Grahame’s, complete with natural sounds, sound effects, and songs by Brian Kay.  This complete and faithful adaptation by Mary Jackson – including the sometimes omitted sections with Mole and Ratty meeting Pan, and Ratty being lured abroad by the Wayfaring Rat – lasts 135 minutes.  It is performed by members of Oxford Sound, with help from real animals, including, of course, the voices of a toad, a badger and an otter.
